Pad Graded, Foundation Forms Next

What’s happening right now

The soil piles from last week are gone. That dirt has been placed back on the site and compacted into one large, level building pad. Rough grading is complete.

Why this phase matters

The pad is the base everything else sits on. Formwork is next: it marks the exact footprint of the footings and foundation walls. Once the forms are set and inspected, rebar goes in, then concrete.

• Set and brace the foundation forms

• Place reinforcing steel

• Pour the foundation concrete
